Sarah's Mission to Bacolod Philippines

hello sa inyo tanan!!! well the biggest news is that I GOT TRANSFERRED :((( it was for real the saddest thing ever. i love la carlota SO much and all the cute people there. all my cute people will be baptized in the next couple weeks and I'm so excited for them!!  But now I'm in KABANKALAN WITH SISTER AMATAGA!!! so so sos oso crazy ahhahaha im so excited!!! she was my cute samoan companion from the MTC!!  the highlights of this week- -we went shopping on monday at the ukay-ukay (thrift store) and i found a byu shirt which was WILD. go cougs -ate at my fav restaurant for the last time. see the pic below  -threw a birthday party for Mary Anne!! shes gonna have her baby this week!! we're teaching their whole family and im so sad to miss her new son. but we got to celebrate with her on monday!! -got to do exchanges twice this week! i took poor sister beebe hiking through the jungle. like legit jungle. think of like the amazon. thats where we went hahahah. ...

Maayong aga sa inyo tanannnn what a crazy week! we have been so busy!! but its been such a good week of miracles and crazy dream stories and hard work and lots and lots of rain but first off my dad had a birthday this week!! everyone go bring him some caramel popcorn and chocolate covered almonds and celebrate him!! i got to call him on his birthday while they were eating his birthday dinner. pancakes and eggs hahah. but this week we did all sorts of fun things.  -on tuesday we went to a couple different district councils and trained the missionaries in binalbagan and hinigaran. i got to see some of my pals!  -and then on thursday we did exchanges in hinigaran! i got to work over there in their area with sister miner which was way fun. we visited someone who had just gotten baptized in their area, and he had just written a whole song about how the gospel has changed his life. he gave a full on concert in the pouring rain in the middle of his chicken farm. gott...

MAAYONG AGA SA INYO  this week has been so busy with MLC in bacolod and exchanges in binalbagan! but its been so good and i learned sooo much at mlc. me and sister regacho have basically been running to and from appointments this week. its been so awesome. we've been teaching 7-9 lessons every day and finding tons of new people to teach. i love it :)) -on monday we found out that this cute woman we're teaching is having a BOY!! so we went to their house when they werent there and threw balloons in the window and threw them a little mini party!! it was so fun my cute companion made me a grilled cheese on fourth of july and i-walked outside this morning and she was doing my laundry!! and had cleaned my shoes. basically she is way too nice to me and i love her :)) -our sink started spraying black water everywhere this week. wish us luck as we try and do some plumbing experiments today this week has been so awesome though. we've seen lots of blessings. one woman...
